How it works

  • Our technicians setup a remote help desk session using Team Viewer Remote Access
  • The unique User ID and Password for your TeamViewer are used to open the connection.
  • Once you have allowed remote access by providing your TeamViewer User ID and password, you can see everything that is being done to fix your problem.
  • Once the problem has been fixed, the session is ended and access is closed.  Each TeamViewer session will generate a new password for access.  You can control access to your computer by shutting down the TeamViewer application that runs on your computer.
